Manager – Insights (Wellness)-10-15 Years-Gurgaon/Bangalore(Hybrid)

Summary:

This role partners closely with brand, product, and marketing teams to build data-backed strategies and elevate consumer understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end primary research studies (qualitative & quantitative) to decode consumer behavior, motivations, and trends in the wellness domain.
  • Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights to guide marketing, product development, and strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—brand, marketing, product, and leadership teams—to integrate insights into business strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a marketing/insights team, fostering a culture of data-driven thinking and aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with research agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality project outcomes.

 

What We’re Looking For

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Statistics, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or similar roles.
  • Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into impactful business insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams within marketing or insights functions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in research tools and data analytics platforms.

Preferred:

  • Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods sectors.
