Insurance Operations - (10+Years; 3 Years-Team Handling)- Pune
We are looking for a specialist with Excellent communication skills and at least 10 years of experience in Insurance Operations (Back-office) & 3+ Years in Team Handling with minimum team size of 70 FTEs.
Should be ok with working in spilt offs and rotational shifts.

Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day insurance operations (P&C) & liaise with the clients on a daily/weekly basis and ensure contractual deliverables are met.
Managing a group of First Line Managers and is primarily responsible for delivering SLAs and schedule for tasks performed.
Driving team performance, KPI management, reporting, absenteeism, attrition, etc.
Handling day to day operations with focus on coaching, recognition, performance management and analysis including data trends and drivers.
Managing customer/client escalations effectively as per guidelines.
Interacting regularly with the clients to share updates, manage operational reviews.
Requirements:
Experience of minimum 10 years in General InsuranceOperations or Chat Process is a must.
Policy Servicing in general insurance will be preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in Team handling with a span of at least 70 employees and team leaders
External Certification in P & C / General Insurance will be an advantage
