Summary - We are hiring for a L&D Manager with 8+ years’ experience for our client based in Delhi. This role involves driving end-to-end learning strategies that align with business goals, delivering impactful programs through modern instructional design and stakeholder collaboration.

 

 

Location – Delhi/NCR

Responsibilities -

  • Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing end-to-end training programs from needs assessment to evaluation.
  • Design and deliver engaging content using modern instructional methods, facilitating leadership and functional workshops across all levels.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to address capability gaps through targeted, cross-functional learning solutions.
  • Drive innovation , measuring ROI and refining programs using data-driven insights to support organizational growth.

 

 

 

Requirements –

 

  • 8+ years in L&D , Learning Strategy, Content Design and Facilitation
  • Candidate must have experience of working in a Financial Services industry
