Role: Manager – PMS (Performance Management System)

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

The Performance Management Process (PMP) team of Corporate HR is envisioned as a process-driven, structured yet innovative team to robustly manage various stages of performance management in an engaging way with high level of accuracy, diligence and collaboration as a critical part of Corporate HR




  • Own the execution of the end-to-end PMP cycle including goal setting, mid- year developmental process, annual reviews, people discussions, finalization of performance ratings and generating reports.

  • Clarify the Performance Management process internally including assisting in clarifying goals, competency definitions, PMS technology process, etc.

  • Facilitate webinars for goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews to ensure good communication and smooth execution, across the organization

  • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team, the external technology partner and internal stakeholders

  • Support issue resolution with good knowledge and hands-on experience of the Performance Management process portal (Darwin Box)

  • Rigorously follow-up for closures during different stages of the PMS with perseverance, service orientation, status reports and innovative communication


What you need to have: 

  • Total 6-10 years of experience with 3-4 years’ relevant work experience in PMS

  • Process-orientation with methodical and organized way of working

  • Comfortable with portals, data reports/extracts and system-orientation

  • Experience in handling data and reporting; good Excel skills

  • Openness to new trends in performance and competency management
