Manager -PMO  - 1 to 4 years – Guragon

We are seeking a Manager –PMO to lead enterprise BI delivery and govern analytics solutions across Power BI and Microsoft Fabric platforms. The role combines technical architecture ownership, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and PMO oversight to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance reporting platforms.

Key Responsibilities – 

• Own the BI delivery roadmap and end-to-end implementation using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Govern BI architecture, semantic models, and reporting standards across teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of Power BI developers and analysts; conduct technical and design reviews.
• Oversee solutions leveraging Fabric components: Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Dataflows, and Pipelines.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security (RLS), and governance across BI environments.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable analytics solutions.
• Oversee deployment pipelines, refresh strategies, capacity planning, and production support.

PMO Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and report BI initiatives across multiple streams.
• Manage resource allocation, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Implement project governance, risk management, and escalation processes.
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, SLAs, and documentation practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–4 years of experience and MBA from a globally recognised business school with an engineering background (preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mathematics, or Statistics) delivering enterprise PMO - Power BI solutions, including leadership or managerial responsibilities.
• Experience managing teams, priorities, multi-stream BI initiatives, and PMO practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
