Manager – Real Estate Valuations & Research – Mumbai (4+ years)
Job opportunity for a working professional having experience in Real estate sector to do Industry research, valuation and analysis of Residential, Commercial and Retail real estate across major cities in India.
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 2-4 analysts for handling coverage across several industries. Real estate will be a prime sector for the candidate along with few other minor allied sectors
Should be leading and actively participating in assignments/ activities involving analysis of Residential, Commercial and Retail real estate across major cities in India. Track real estate sector on continuous basis and publish periodic updates, articles, and presentations
Understanding and analyzing key trends in allotted sectors by continuously monitoring high frequency data, demand -supply trends, price movement and trade dynamics (if applicable)
Regularly compiling and assessing performance of key companies in the sector
Managing client interactions through regular updates on recent opinions, analyze impact of major industry events etc.
Making regular presentations on sectors to clients
Process compliance and adherence to the research calendar; play active role in client management / stakeholder management
Previous experience in credit assessment will be advantageous
Requirements:
Experience of at least 4 years in Real Estate Sector.
Team Handling experience is a must.
Graduation or Post Graduation.
Should have knowledge of Real Estate Valuations.
