Manager/Senior Manager - Total Rewards - 5+ Years - Bengaluru
This role blends deep analytical capability with HR strategy, owning the full performance & pay cycle across merit, variable, and long-term incentive programs, and enabling leaders to make data-driven talent and compensation decisions with speed and accuracy. The candidate will design and lead performance management and total rewards strategy using data & analytics to create a fair, high-performance, and future-ready rewards system.

Responsibilities -

Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis of annual and mid-year appraisal cycles, ensuring consistency, fairness, and linkage to business performance.

Build Excel- and Power BI-based performance dashboards integrating inputs from HRBPs and business data.

Design and maintain KPI scorecards across functions; ensure calibration and normalization processes are data-driven and auditable.

Leverage analytics and predictive insights (via Copilot and Power BI) to identify top performers, high-potential talent, and pay-risk individuals.

Drive continuous process improvement by automating performance tracking, rating distribution analysis, and report generation.

Own compensation benchmarking, internal parity, and pay structure models, aligning with market trends and business strategy.
Requirements -
-
MBA (HR, Finance, or Analytics) preferred.

5-10 years in HR analytics, total rewards, or performance management, ideally in a digital, tech, or financial services organization.

Proven track record in managing merit/variable pay cycles and compensation benchmarking.

Deep proficiency in Excel modeling, data visualization (Power BI), and dashboard automation.
