Responsibilities

1. Lead global compensation and talent analytics engagements across regions
2. Design and implement process governance using SOPs, process maps, and KPIs
3. Develop and manage business dashboards for leadership decision-making
4. Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver consultative, insight-driven solutions
5. Manage and mentor analytics teams while ensuring quality and timely delivery

Requirements

1. 10+ years of experience in Talent Analytics and Data Consulting
2. Strong background in HR Compensation Analytics
3. Proven experience in process governance, KPI definition, and dashboards
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Ability to work in UK and US shifts with a hybrid working model
