1. Lead and manage the end-to-end customer value management (CVM) analytics function
2. Develop and implement analytical strategies to drive customer retention and growth

4. Drive the design and execution of customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting strategies
Requirements
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
2. Proven experience in CVM-Analytics with a strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting
3. Proficiency in statistical modeling and analytics tools such as SQL, R, or Python
4. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
