An exciting opportunity for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with 12–15 years of experience to lead strategic hiring initiatives across lateral and campus (E-School) hiring. This role demands proven expertise in bulk hiring, stakeholder management, and employer branding to drive recruitment excellence within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities –
- Design and implement comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies for lateral and campus hiring.
- Lead end-to-end campus hiring for GET/DET/GT/Interns, ensuring seamless onboarding and enhanced candidate experience.
- Audit recruitment processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements for robust hiring operations.
- Drive employer branding through internship programs, campus connect initiatives, and strategic engagement.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align manpower planning with organizational objectives.
Requirements –
- MBA in HR with 10–15 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in bulk hiring across campus and lateral roles in manufacturing setups.
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills for leadership teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high integrity and discretion.
- Ability to deliver results, build talent pipelines, and optimize recruitment costs.
