Responsibilities - 

1. Oversee and execute end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring complete accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
2. Lead and mentor the payroll team to maintain seamless payroll operations for a global workforce.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, for process optimization and issue resolution.
4. Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
5. Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt payroll systems as required.
6. Monitor internal controls, reporting, and audits to minimize risks.

Requirements-

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
2. Expertise in Financial Services Practice or payroll operations within a corporate setup.
3. In-depth knowledge of payroll tax regulations, compliance laws, and statutory requirements.
4. Proficiency in payroll software and ERP systems; working knowledge of tools like SAP, Workday, or ADP is preferred.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage large datasets effectively.

Qualifications - 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related fields; MBA or equivalent qualifications are an advantage.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and build productive relationships.
