Managing Consultant - Process Excellence (Black Belt) - Mumbai (10+ years)
Looking for a managing consultant professional with 15+ years’ experience who is responsible to manage Consulting/Technology programs or 2-3 large projects across processes/ businesses/geographies driving excellence through design thinking, consulting, project management etc.
Non-Negotiable Requirement: Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
Responsibilities
Designing & improving processes and value streams using recognized methodologies such as Lean Enterprise and /or Six Sigma
Defining scope processes and value streams to be improved, and clearly establish process deliverables
Facilitating the creation of standard, disciplined processes and the process management controls to sustain, adapt, and continuously improve
Identifying and implement business-facing and customer-facing metrics and design collection processes
Providing process-related training, integrate within process workshops, and follow-up on application
Designing process-related materials, templates, standard procedures, and learning simulations
Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring on process design & improvement activities, including process management
Applying change management & project management techniques to drive organizational commitment
Managing projects across multiple work streams facing off to senior stakeholders at CXO level within the business
Integrating processes with technology, and support IT implementations
Managing stakeholder expectations & provide regular inputs / reports where appropriate
Requirements
Proven working experience of minimum 15 years majorly in leading large/complex programs.
Prior work experience in management consulting, IT consulting, Financial services, asset management is preferred.
Experienced in working with international stakeholders preferably from UK.
Experience of managing projects involving Investments domain/Migration/Rationalization of applications/Technology and Cloud transformation
