MIS Reporting Manager _Python / Power BI_7-8 years_Gurgaon(Hybrid)
This is an exciting opportunity for the position of Senior Manager. Someone with at least 710 years of MIS reporting experience and exposure to Python and team handling experience is a must.

Responsibilities:-
Handle non distribution reporting requirements across functions and job families for enabling strategic priorities and performance management. Responsibilities also include supporting CXO reports and dashboards
Proactively identify opportunities to automate reporting requirements and build delivery capabilities on digital information assets in liaison with technology function. Integrate analytics with reporting assets.
Drive data democratization culture by designing data assets.
Partner with data team to build data infrastructure necessary to facilitate efficient analysis, reporting and is relevant with the needs of the organization.
Requirement :
MBA, or Masters degree in Quantitative fields like mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics etc.
You have at-least 7 years of experience in delivering business intelligence / data products.
Strong insurance domain understanding is a plus.
Experience with BI development best practices such as agile methodologies, requirements gathering, requirements analysis, prototyping, testing, and deployment to production.
Hands on experience in SQL/Python/BI tool (PowerBI preferably).
