Responsibilities:

1. Lead the ML Engineering team, setting strategic goals for ML system design and innovation.

2. Develop and implement ML platform accelerators, including MLOps, Model Monitoring, and LLM Ops.

3. Design high-performance ML pipelines, ensuring scalability, low latency, and high throughput.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Deep Learning, Distributed Systems, and Product Engineering.

5. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

Requirements:

1. 4-8 years of ML experience with expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SparkML, and NLP.

2. 2- 3 years of Spark programming experience, including exposure to Databricks, EMR, or Dataproc.

3. Hands-on experience with production ML deployments on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

4. Strong background in MLOps, Model Deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud Databases.

5. Proficiency in SQL, Spark SQL, distributed data processing, and performance optimization.
