Responsibilities:
• Overall 18+ years of experience in managing EBS and Fusion
• Experience of mapping EBS applications to Fusion Cloud
• Strong customer service orientation ability to connect with global customers and work with Global teams.
• Managing large diverse teams in a global delivery model
• Sound knowledge of Oracle Fusion & Oracle Applications R12
• Sound knowledge of Oracle cloud, VCNs and cloud migration tools
• Knowledge of support & compliance management for middleware & cloud centric activities.
• Need to have a strong exposure to revenue and margin management.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and driving teams to deliver projects on time within budgets.
• Exposure to new ways of working.
Mandatory Parameters:
Minimum 18 Yrs. of Relevant Experience.
Should have experience in Oracle EBS & Fusion.
Should have handled a team of 200+.
