P&C Reserving- 2 to 10 Years - Bengaluru/Gurugram

 Are you an experienced actuarial professional with a passion for delivering strategic insights through reserving and analytics? We are hiring for an Actuarial – Reserving to join a global insurance consulting leader, supporting international clients in delivering excellence across actuarial advisory and reserving functions.

Location - Bengaluru/Gurugram

Key Responsibilities -

  1. Lead and deliver actuarial reserving projects for global Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and reinsurance clients.
  2. Perform reserve analyses, monitoring, and independent reserve reviews across multiple lines of business.
  3. Support the development of methodologies, process enhancements, and automation in reserving models.
  4. Peer review work from actuarial team members and provide mentorship to junior analysts.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client engagements and support business development initiatives.
  6. Ensure alignment with global actuarial standards and regulatory frameworks.

 

Requirements -

  1. Qualified or Nearly Qualified Actuary (IFoA or equivalent).
  2. 2+ years of actuarial experience in the P&C insurance domain with a focus on Reserving.
  3. Strong understanding of reserving methodologies, loss triangles, and actuarial modelling tools.
  4. Experience with actuarial software such as ResQ, Igloo, Tyche, or ReMetrica (preferred).
  5. Exposure to Solvency II and IFRS 17 reporting frameworks (preferred).
  6. Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
  7. A self-starter with strong problem-solving ability and passion for continuous improvement.
