Responsibilities - 

1. Effectively manage and deliver end-to-end client servicing with a customer-centric approach.
2. Oversee revenue booking processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
3. Prepare and analyze financial reports, invoices, and relevant documentation efficiently.
4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and smooth client delivery.
5. Maintain robust client relationships and strive to exceed their expectations.
6. Identify and resolve client or process-driven issues and contribute to operational improvements.

Requirements - 

1. Minimum experience of 3 years in client servicing, financial services practice, or revenue booking.
2. Strong knowledge of financial products, client relationship management, and revenue processes.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in financial tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
