Process and Project Management

An exciting opportunity for a working professional holding 2-5 years of experience in administrative and process management with sound analytical grounding and solid understanding of key risks for different companies and industries. Good communication, presentation skills, and a proven track record in executing analysis on large corporates is a must.

  • Provide support and coordinate with stakeholders and consultants, conduct internal meetings, review finances, and streamlining the overall workflow, with the primary aim of keeping the project on schedule.

  • Working with other team members to prepare detailed plans for new projects, determining resource allocation, deliverable timelines, and possible issues.

  • Monitor every step of the project with reference to cost estimates, overall plans, and deliverable deadlines.

  • Identifying roadblocks and propose process improvements.

  • Produce business insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Creating and maintaining project documentation, status reports, including timelines, resource plans, and meeting minutes.

  • Supporting business leaders in product marketing and branding initiatives.

  • Supporting the management of organization-wide Associate Development initiatives.


Skillset Required- 


  • Ability to provide or recommend solutions to problems; show flexibility to assume additional responsibilities

  • Solid understanding of project management principles, techniques and skills, including the ability to set priorities, work to tight and competing deadlines.

  • Understanding of business and operational fundamentals.

  • Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs.

  • Highly organized, capable of multitasking and good time management.

  • Ability to work and contribute positively in a team

  • Creative thinker and problem solver

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Good presentation skills
