Summary –

An exciting opportunity for a Marketplace Product Manager to drive strategy, execution, and innovation across a two-sided ecosystem. The role involves improving marketplace efficiency, user experience, and liquidity through strong product thinking, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal for candidates with 3+ years of experience, including hands-on marketplace exposure.

Location – Gurgaon | Work From Office | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Interview Rounds – 3 (Final Round Face-to-Face)

Responsibilities –

• Own the product roadmap and build flows that strengthen supply–demand balance.
• Conduct user research and analyze cohorts, funnels, and retention metrics.
• Translate business objectives into PRDs, user stories, and detailed workflows.
• Run A/B experiments and leverage analytics to optimize activation and conversion.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and growth teams to deliver high-impact features.

Requirements –

• 3+ years of experience, including 1–1.5 years in marketplace product management.
• Strong understanding of two-sided ecosystems—onboarding, pricing, fulfilment, discovery.
• Hands-on experience with PRDs, wireframes, sprints, and end-to-end product ownership.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills –

Experience in hyperlocal, ecommerce, mobility, or aggregator platforms; familiarity with experimentation frameworks, SQL, or analytics tools; prior 0→1 product-building experience.
