Key Responsibilities –

•            Lead progress review meetings with client managers, site leadership, and key contractors at the project location.

•            Guide client teams in adopting review mechanisms, SOPs, and process disciplines, ensuring smooth implementation at the site.

•            Enforce strict process adherence and escalate deviations when necessary.

•            Monitor and report project progress regularly using Microsoft Office tools and proprietary project management software.

•            Facilitate buy-in sessions with middle management to align stakeholders.

•            Drive and manage EPC domain projects, ensuring delivery of desired outcomes through effective project management practices

Requirements –

•            Civil and Mechanical Engineers with 3–6 years of experience in the Construction, Engineering, or Infrastructure sectors, including steel, cement, petrochemical, or other large-scale projects.

•            Must possess hands-on expertise in site-based construction activities such as civil, structural, piping, mechanical, and E&I works.

•            Prior experience working on-site in remote project locations is strongly preferred.
