Project Manager – RPA & Workflow Applications | 12+ Years

Summary:
Are you ready to lead large-scale automation initiatives in a complex, global environment? We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – RPA & Workflow Applications to drive end-to-end delivery of automation, AI, and workflow projects. This role demands strong leadership, deep understanding of RPA technologies, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions within regulated environments, preferably in the Insurance (P&C) domain.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and deliver RPA, AI, and workflow application projects from initiation to closure.
2. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
3. Develop and manage detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
4. Ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery across multiple initiatives.
5. Manage and motivate cross-functional, global project teams.
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and workflow opportunities.
7. Oversee testing, validation, and production rollout of automation solutions.
8. Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders.
9. Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiation, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
10. Ensure adherence to governance, security standards, and industry regulations.
11. Identify project risks proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies.
12. Facilitate project meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
13. Work across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
2. 12+ years of experience in the Insurance domain, with 5+ years in Project Management.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience managing RPA / AI-driven automation projects.
4. Hands-on exposure to RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
5. Strong understanding of automation frameworks, AI concepts, and workflow applications.
6. Proven experience in vendor management and multi-vendor environments.
7. Proficiency in project management tools like Planview, Jira, ADO, or similar.
8. Experience managing projects in a global, cross-functional setup.
9. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and familiarity with analytics or process mining tools is a plus.
10. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

• PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification
• Microsoft Power Platform certification (added advantage)
