Responsibilities

1. Conducting end-to-end testing of insurance products built on Duck Creek technology.
2. Creating, updating, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
3. Automating test processes and delivering insights into areas for improvement.
4. Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and troubleshoot issues.
5. Reviewing and validating analytics reports for data quality and performance consistency.

Requirements

1. At least 3-10 years of Quality Assurance experience, particularly in Duck Creek implementation/testing.
2. Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing processes.
3. Familiarity with analytics and working with data-driven reports.
4. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Effective communication skills to work in collaboration with global teams.
