Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process right from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and joining
Source high- caliber candidates through job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals etc.
Identify and develop client business/relationships with multi-national firms looking for Specialist Talent Acquisition partners
Managing existing and new client relationships
Generate target market contact database by performing market research through social media, online database, web etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B commercial software inside sales role
Should have a bachelors and an MBA/Post graduate degree with 2 - 6 years of work experience in a client-facing role
Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an amicable personality and a hunger to succeed
