Recruitment Manager – Construction Labor – 10+ years - Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities –
• Design and execute a holistic labour recruitment strategy aligned with organizational growth and project demands.
• Collaborate with project leaders and operations teams to forecast workforce needs and develop staffing plans.
• Monitor industry trends, wage benchmarks, and competitor practices to maintain a competitive edge in hiring.
• Build and sustain a strong pipeline of skilled candidates across critical construction roles.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency from sourcing to onboarding.
• Drive multi-channel sourcing through job boards, social platforms, referrals, fairs, and trade school partnerships.
• Lead and mentor recruitment teams while managing external agencies, contracts, and budgets effectively.
• Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred choice for construction professionals.
Requirements –
• 10+ years of proven success in high-volume recruitment, including at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Strong track record in hiring for skilled trades and construction labour positions.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, its key roles, terminology, and project lifecycles.
• Solid understanding of employment law, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technology platforms.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, juggle multiple priorities, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
