Regional/Senior Manager – Business Development - Gurgaon (5-9 years)

Location: Gurgaon, India

We are looking for a business development and sales professional having 5-9 years of relevant experience with research/consulting firms preferably. Candidates with strong working experience of consultative sales, new client acquisition, business development.

Job Responsibilities:
1.    Business development of domestic research offerings for Automotive Clients across allocated geographies.
2.    Acquiring new domain specific clients. 
3.    Cross-selling/up-selling to existing clients to grow wallet share.
4.    Managing existing relationship with key clients across hierarchy.
5.    Developing strong understanding of the offerings and do impactful pitching to the clients. 
6.    Identifying relevant contact points, network and interact at senior management level with clients and prospects independently. 
7.    Coordinating with the analytical/execution team to help develop new products and services.
8.    Generating leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
9.    Providing inputs for and develop collaterals
10.    Contract negotiation & closing
11.    Communication to client on franchise elements

Job Requirements:

1.    5 to 9 years of relevant experience in business development and consultative sales.
2.    Post graduate (any specialization) from a Tier I/II management institute.
3.    Strong negotiating, selling, consulting, communication and presentation skills. 
4.    Adequate knowledge of industry happenings and doing effective senior management interactions.
5.    Connecting with the clients, quick thinker.
6.    Basic understanding of finance and sector analysis
7.    Taking feedback on product verticals and identification of trends and new business opportunities
