Resident Territory Manager – Automotive Industry | 3+ Years | Rajasthan
We are hiring a Resident Territory Manager Sales for a leading organization in the automotive products industry. The role involves managing primary sales, dealer relationships, demand generation activities, and market intelligence across the assigned territory in Rajasthan to drive consistent business growth. Location Rajasthan

Responsibilities
1. Drive and achieve primary sales targets while expanding market coverage in the assigned territory.
2. Manage and strengthen dealer and channel partner relationships, including new dealer onboarding and attrition control.
3. Execute demand generation initiatives such as dealer meets, product promotions, and customer awareness programs, while communicating trade schemes and updates.
4. Track sales performance, prepare MIS, analyze sales trends, and provide competitor and market intelligence.
5. Ensure timely payment collections, address customer grievances, coordinate after-sales support, and adhere to all sales, commercial, and compliance norms.
Requirements
1. Graduate / MBA preferred.
2. 3+ years of experience in field sales / channel sales, preferably in automotive, or allied industries.
3. Strong understanding of dealer management and territory sales operations.
4. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
5. Result-oriented mindset with strong customer focus.
6. Willingness to travel extensively within Rajasthan.
