Risk & Compliance Specialist - 5+ Years - Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune

A senior opportunity for a Specialist – Risk & Compliance responsible for ensuring regulatory adherence, conducting risk-based assurance reviews, supporting governance structures, maintaining risk registers, and driving compliance excellence across multiple business units. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.

Location - Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune.

Your Future Employer - A global organization providing middle-office services including Accounting, Banking & Treasury, Compliance, Underwriting, IT, Event and Travel Management to worldwide offices. 

Responsibilities -

1. Identify potential risks through detailed analysis of market trends, financial data, and business operations.

2. Update and maintain the corporate risk register.

3. Prepare detailed reports summarizing risk assessment findings for management.

4. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to evaluate likelihood and impact of identified risks.

5. Conduct risk-based assurance reviews to assess adherence to regulatory requirements.

6. Lead and support regular reviews of business units, key business processes and company activities.

Requirements -

1. Experience in internal audit, risk management or regulatory compliance.

2. Professional designation in internal audit or risk management is desirable.

3. Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit, risk management or related fields.

4. Experience reviewing and assessing complex client and organizational structures.
