Sales Operations Manager - 5 - 9 Yrs - Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Kochi

Working closely with Regional Sales Operations Leaders, Producers and Sales Teams

Playing the role of a concierge to assigned Producers and maintaining book of business, meetings, reports and schedules

Providing direct or indirect product-specific sales support

Enriching missing WIN (Salesforce) data on leads, prospects, opportunities, closed lost, etc.

Pushing ZoomInfo, Intent Signals and other key data to Producers; providing strategic review support to Service and Sales Teams
They combine relationship-building skills, technical expertise, interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to drive excellence in sales support.
Location – Bangalore
A global insurance brokerage with a large Center of Excellence (GCoE) supporting global teams across multiple locations.
Responsibilities –
-
Play a vital role in onboarding new and renewing clients by ensuring essential documents/details enter systems for binding activities; support end-to-end sales cycle
-
Participate in prospect & renewal review meetings; support Producers and Sales Teams in ad-hoc/admin activities
-
Act as liaison between Producers & GCoE service teams; initiate pre and post-sales activities proactively
-
Monitor and follow up on triggered activities to ensure accuracy & timely completion; handle queries to minimize re-work

Collaborate with branch teams to identify activities for offshoring; support producers in analyzing client financial/business information; perform duties assigned by leadership
Requirements –

Strong relationship management and ability to work in a matrix environment; experience with Salesforce

Self-driven with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Strong communication, collaboration, detail-orientation and organizational skills

Strong analytical skills with ability to use data for decisions and recommendations

Flexible, adaptable, strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset; continuous learner
