 As a part of our high-impact Talent & Organization / Human Potential team, you will help drive the following: 

  1. Understand SAP business processes (e.g., Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Plan to Manufacture, Distribute to Deliver, Master Data Governance) and how they relate to learning solution design. 

  2. Collaborate with client team to understand business problem, identify solution approach, and work through design, development, and delivery phases of custom, role-based, blended learning programs for large-scale business transformation programs enabled by SAP technology. 

  3. Provide solutions to complex client problems across SAP project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise on SAP process areas / functions / learning with a strong strategic awareness of market and associated technologies.

  4. Subject matter expertise in developing high-quality and detailed content outlines as per SAP learning curriculum.

  5. Assist Training Leads/Consultants in reviewing detailed SAP course designs and storyboards for instructor-led trainings (ILTs), web-based trainings (WBTs), and other performance support materials including job aids, simulations, exercise sheets, guided tours, etc. 

  6. Engage with deployment team or client business team to resolve queries and obtain required inputs. 

  7. Participate actively in content review, revision, and sign-off cycles.

  3. Be proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  6. Work in a problem-solving global environment with Cross cultural competence.

  7. Possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills with a strong business acumen.

Your experience counts!

  1. Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization

  2. Professional Background - Desirable – any of the following certifications. Some references are listed below:

  3. SAP S/4HANA Cloud – Finance, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Sales, R&D / Engineering, Asset Management, Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management, Service Management

  4. SuccessFactors – Core HR and Payroll, Talent Management (incl. Recruiting and Onboarding, Succession Development, Compensation, Performance and Goals, Learning Management Systems), Employee Experience Management, HR Analytics and Workforce Planning, Sales Performance Management

  5. 6 years of SAP HANA or SuccessFactors project experience. 

  6. Experience in creating Business Process Documents or Procedures (BPDs/BPPs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), or Classroom Trainings for key SAP applications/modules, e.g., Finance, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Procurement, etc. 

  7. Experience in working with onsite client account teams alongside client teams.
