SAP - FICO - Project Development - 3+ Years - Gurugram

An operational finance role within the Project Development function, responsible for SAP FI/CO operations, vendor invoicing, tax compliance (GST/TDS), and accurate accounting to support seamless project execution and timely financial reporting.

Location – Gurugram.

Responsibilities –

1. Manage day-to-day SAP FI/CO activities — journal entries, postings, reconciliations, master data and issue resolution.
2. Handle vendor invoice processing, validation with PO/agreements and ensure timely payments.
3. Support GST, TDS and statutory compliance including data preparation and coordination with auditors.
4. Maintain books of accounts and assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings.
5. Identify process gaps and drive improvements, automation and stronger internal controls.

Requirements –

1. 3–8 years of experience with mandatory hands-on SAP FI/CO exposure.
2. B.Com/BBA in Finance or Accounting; MBA Finance or CA/CMA (Inter) preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and month-end closing activities.
4. Working knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
5. Proficiency in Excel (macros/VBA preferred) and PowerPoint.
6. Detail-oriented, process-driven and collaborative with strong integrity.
