Senior Analyst - Accounts Receivable & Payable - US/Global Banks - 3+ Years - Pune/Chennai/Gurgaon

Location - Pune/Chennai/Gurgaon

We are hiring for a Senior Process Associate – AR/AP with 3–7 years of relevant finance operations experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputed analytics and financial services organization and support global finance processes with high standards of accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities 

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations
• Handle invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations
• Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations
• Support month-end close, audits, and compliance activities
• Prepare MIS, aging reports, and financial documentation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global teams
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal controls, and process guidelines

Requirements 

• 3–7 years of experience in AR/AP or finance operations
• B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter / Semi-Qualified preferred)
• Experience in BFSI, analytics, or shared services environments preferred
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills and high attention to detail
