Key Responsibilities

• Spearheading client-facing teams and guiding them on effective solution delivery
• Identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks through strategic management plans
• Assisting clients with compliance, financial, operational, and strategic risk challenges
• Executing independent reviews of systems, internal controls, and process re-engineering
• Managing multiple assignments and project teams to meet quality standards
• Building strong client relationships through deep understanding of their business needs

Requirements

• CA (1st attempt preferred) or MBA from top-tier business school with commerce background
• Experience in internal audit, consulting, advisory or professional services
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control concepts (COSO, COBIT)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with demonstrated project management skills
• Excellent analytical abilities with strong oral and written communication skills
