Senior Informatica Production Support– ETL,Unix-3 Years -Pune /Hybrid
Currently seeking for Informatica Production Support Required Technical Skill Set- Informatica/ETL, Tivoli Work Scheduler, PLSQL, Unix, Shell scripting, ITIL certified
Location: Pune / Hybrid

Responsibilities:
Working on issues to analyze the logic and root cause of feed processing failures/data discrepancies/report issues
Handling critical incidents - analyzing, providing updates, co-ordination with all stakeholders for resolution, sending frequent communication to all stakeholders
• Proactive checks and monitoring to identify any issues in the jobs and handling failures, coordinating with interfacing teams to recover the failures
Handling Audit and governance related activities, answering audit /governance queries and collecting evidences, providing SME inputs for the audit
Handling problem management, involving in root cause investigation and driving/follow-up for permanent fixes
Requirements:
Good technical knowledge and hands on experience in Informatica / ETL - Extract, Transform and Load data from multiple data source files into databases DB2/Oracle
Hands on experience in PLSQL to create queries
Good knowledge of Unix commands, knowledge of shell scripting
Good communication skills, being proactive, taking ownership and willing to work in 24*7 shifts as part of production support activities
being on support. ITIL certified
Handling Disaster Recovery Activities – Planning, co-ordination, communication, and execution
