We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead the data privacy initiatives, ensuring the sensitive data is safeguarded and a culture of privacy is promoted across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the DPO in developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust data privacy & protection framework.
Providing oversight on key risk areas such as Products setups, Digital Journeys, Underwriting, and Operations.
Supporting the function on tracking and evaluating root cause, as well as overseeing remedial action for Privacy Risk Events & Issues.
Advising the organization on data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), Privacy Notices, Data Discovery, and other compliance measures.
Handling data governance and data classification tools.
Developing Data Inventory and creating/reviewing Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs).
Understanding existing DLP and performing gap assessments.
Developing and maintaining an effective incident response plan for data breaches or privacy incidents.
Conducting regular privacy audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Implementing monitoring mechanisms to track and report on privacy-related metrics.
Requirements
Ability to balance business objectives with privacy requirements.
Proficient in collaborating across diverse teams and functions.
Detail-oriented with the capability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Experience with data governance tools like Security AI, Varonis Legit, BigId.
Understanding of GDPR preferred.
