Job opportunity in Bangalore / Mumbai for an Human Resource Outsourcing / Operations professionals holding experience of at least 18+ years' experience in Payroll or Talent Acquisition having expertise in HR due diligence, HR Transformation You will use your experience in skills in HR Consulting & Solution Delivery to cater the needs of the clients .

RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Leading key strategic initiatives, driving transformation and process reengineering in HR Operations
- Consulting Clients on organisation design & target operating model
- Leading and managing the HRO Consulting projects ensuring successful delivery and outcomes of the project
- Creating end to end HRO outsourcing solution focusing on key solution tenants
- Providing the input into the technology enablement and assist in identifying automation opportunities and address process administration gaps
- Designing HRO solutions & lead client solution presentation and solution orals
- Working closely with transitions and Change management teams to ensure smooth transition of HRO activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- 18+ years of experience HRO consulting, solution & delivery
- Master’s in Human Resource
- Should be well versed with HR function
- Expert in Client interaction and should possess problem solving skills
- Should have excellent communication skills
