What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, with 10+ years of experience in motor insurance sales or business development.
• Strong experience in managing telecalling or enterprise sales across diverse geographies.
• Deep technical understanding of motor insurance and sales processes.
• Proven leadership with the ability to inspire and drive teams.
• Expertise in managing cash flow, optimizing margins, and refining sales operations.
