Responsibilities - 

1.Testing Account Reconciliations including Cash & Bank, Prepaid, Outstanding, and other balance sheet accounts
2. Communicating testing queries effectively with stakeholders
3. Performing monthly & quarterly reporting activities based on testing performed
4. Following up on open items and ensuring timely resolution
5.Maintaining high accuracy and adherence to defined controls
6. Cross-training on other processes as per business requirement
7. Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements

Requirements -

1.Strong knowledge of Reconciliation process
2. Experience in Account Reconciliation Testing
3. Good understanding of balance sheet accounts
4.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
5. High attention to detail and accuracy
6. Ability to work in month-end close timelines
7. Process improvement mindset
