About the Role:
CRISIL is looking for talented software professionals to join its Quant – QDI team in Pune. The role involves working on software development and maintenance lifecycle projects in the asset management and finance domain. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with an understanding of financial workflows to build and maintain scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance software solutions in the asset management space.
  • Work with large datasets using SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including deployment, testing, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand asset management workflows and implement technology solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support finance-related processes and reporting.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s in computer science or software engineering (mandatory).
  • Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
  • Domain Exposure: Some experience or understanding of finance and asset management workflows.
  • Software Engineering: Familiarity with software development and maintenance lifecycle, coding standards, and deployment processes.
