ServiceNow Integration Developer – 4+ Years – Gurgaon/Hyderabad (Hybrid, Mid-Shift)

We are seeking a ServiceNow Integration Developer with strong expertise in Integration Hub and third-party tool integrations (Workday, Jira, AD, etc.). Location: Gurgaon/Hyderabad (Hybrid – Mid Shift: 2pm–11pm IST, cab facility provided both ways)

Responsibilities

1. Implement and manage ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools using Integration Hub.

2. Design, develop, and support cross-system/functional enhancements.

3. Analyze requirements, provide feedback, and propose architectural improvements.

4. Work with ServiceNow components such as Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Integration Hub.

5. Develop and maintain scripted aspects including Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2. 5+ years of IT experience with ServiceNow ITSM and related modules.

3. 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub.

4. Strong knowledge of JavaScript (client & server-side) and ServiceNow APIs.

5. Experience in developing workflows and automations within ServiceNow.
