Responsibilities-
Leading and managing incident investigations with thorough documentation.
Administer and optimize the IBM QRadar SIEM platform.
Overseeing and developing automated workflows on the SOAR platform.
Managing ZScaler policies for secure internet access.
Configuring and maintaining Crowdstrike EDR policies.
Collaborating with IT departments on security measures and incident response.
Performing threat hunting and triage security incidents.
Mentoring junior analysts and contribute to team development.
Requirements-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC) are highly desirable.
3-4 years of relevant experience in SIEM administration and SOC management.
Expertise in IBM QRadar, SOAR, ZScaler, and Crowdstrike.
Open to working in rotational shifts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with ITSM solutions (ServiceNow, ManageEngine) is a plus.
