Manager – HR Data Analytics & MIS -5+ Years-Bangalore

We are hiring a Manager/Deputy Manager – HR Data Analytics & MIS  who will drive HR data governance, build leadership-ready dashboards, and enable data-driven decision-making. This is a high-impact role where you will partner with senior HR leadership to elevate analytical maturity and data confidence across the organization. Your Future Employer-Our client is a reputed and rapidly growing organization with a strong focus on HR transformation, analytics maturity, and governance excellence. The role reports to AVP – HR Operations, Analytics, Audit & Transformation and plays a critical position in driving data integrity and leadership reporting excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Define MIS standards, ensure data accuracy through audits, and maintain integrity across Darwinbox and related systems while eliminating manual trackers.
2. Build and optimize Power BI dashboards using DAX, Power Pivot, and data modelling to generate leadership-ready insights.
3. Analyze headcount, attrition, workforce trends, cohort patterns, and predictive indicators to support strategic decision-making.
4. Design intuitive, performance-driven dashboards with drill-down and self-service capabilities covering headcount, exits, attendance, leave, and compliance.
5. Translate business questions into actionable insights and support leadership reviews, audits, and strategic discussions with high-quality analytics.

Requirements

1. 5–8 years of experience in HR Analytics / MIS / Data Analytics
2. Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modelling)
3. Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Pivot, complex formulas, data merging)
4. Experience working with HR datasets (preferred)
5. Strong analytical rigor and anomaly detection capability
6. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills (Non-negotiable)
7. Graduate / Postgraduate (Engineering / Statistics / Analytics / MBA preferred)
