Insurance Operations- Policy Renewals – (7+ Years) - Mumbai
We're in search of a female professional with excellent communication skills and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Insurance Operations and 3 years of Team Handing. Preferably, we're looking for someone with involvement in Policy renewals, and the flexibility to work during US Shifts is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with functional teams to initiate, finalize client deliverables, handle questions and requests for information from functional teams. E.g., Loss Runs, Policy Checking, Certificates, Accounting and Settlement.
- Supporting the billing and invoicing process by ensuring that all necessary documents and key data elements are included and accurate
- Supporting the renewal process with document preparation/management, data analysis/management and delivery as part of a packet to Advocacy/Service team in preparation for client renewals
- Data entry required to load and update client details for submission, proposal, binding and billing
- Collaborating with the Client Team to support the activities required to file taxes in a timely manner to avoid fines and penalties due to late fees
- Supporting the Client team in process of binding coverage with carriers by drafting of binding confirmation documents and following up with carriers for receipt of binders
- Supporting in preparation of the ‘Summary of Insurance’ to facilitate Clients understanding of their coverage
Requirements:
- Graduate
- 5+ years for experience in the Insurance renewal cycle business
- US insurance experience (Preferred)
- Understanding of the end-to-end insurance renewal cycle and its stages
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of various insurance documents
