Senior Analyst – Investment Research (Private Equity) (4-9 years)
Job opportunity for a working professional having at least 4 of experience in Equity research / Investment research / Valuation services would be preferred, especially in a buy side or buy side research support analyst position.
Location: Mumbai/Gurgaon
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Passionate about investigating investment opportunities through understanding business model of a company and understanding key drivers
Clear understanding of how different industries operate, how financial drivers interact with each other (P&L, Cash-Flow and B/S)
Understanding of accounting in detail, such as how GAAP accounting can differ from other standards, and how to correctly assess performance of the company irrespective of accounting representation
Fast reader, able to spot what is likely to be relevant from investment consideration point of view
Able to work independently without supervision
Eager to learn and demonstrate accelerated learning
Functional Requirements:
CA rankers, CFA’s or MBA’s
4+ years’ experience in Equity research / Investment research / Valuation services would be preferred, especially in a buy side or buy side research support analyst position
Strong finance knowledge and expertise in any particular industry/sector would be an advantage.
