Sr. Program Manager (LM Payments) - Internet/E-commerce - Hyderabad - 6+ years
Looking out for a payments program manager preferably from ecommerce background coming in with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
You will serve as a vital link between the zonal operations team, central program team & business teams to drive the operational excellence & scale up the electronic payment-on-delivery initiatives.

Owning the zonal level business goals for payments digitization and new services program, working with cross-functional teams to plan the pilot, program roll-out, training, launch for all last mile agents, channels and vendors.
Planning and overseeing the execution of programs to improve the adoption of digital wallets as a payment instrument used by customers and offered by delivery agents at the time of delivery.
Modelling and planning the right incentive and engagement structures customized by various channels while monitoring the adoption, fraud as well as adherence to mechanisms to ensure growth as per the norms.
Setting and monitoring the key metrics on programs and work in close coordination with the payments business and respective program teams to drive necessary action with field, business and leadership teams to achieve the set goals.
Identifying areas of opportunities and present business recommendations to shape the long-term strategy of the business unit.
Reviewing the business progress on a weekly/monthly basis with both operations team and business leadership.
Bachelors & MBA from a Tier 1 institute with 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in the e-commerce/internet based business.
Minimum of 5+ years of program or product management experience in fintech/telecom/consumer goods with an exceptional understanding of trade marketing and execution and dealing with vast and diverse network.
2+ years of field experience in any of the previous industries served.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good presentation and influencing acumen to get the cross-functional stakeholder buy-in.
Strong change management skills with good judgement and decision making skills to maintain a healthy balance between customer experience with financial impact.
Highly analytical and data-driven individual.
