Sr. Technical Lead- ETL, Cloud Migration - 10+ Years, Chennai
An excellent opportunity for an individual holding 10+ years of experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions. The profile is ideal for a person holding experience in one or more of the following areas: database architecture, ETL, business intelligence, big data, machine learning, advanced analytics.

Responsibilities:
Planning the architecture of the application to optimize for reliability, speed, and flexibility
Working with business users to define and document detailed user stories, process flows, and data models
Improving performance of the application
Recommending the best technical approach for product ideas
Interfacing with other departments in the business to understand their problems and develop the best technical solution
Helping the product manager prioritize the backlog of the development team
Managing the team of developers with the ability to pitch in for hands on assistance when the situation demands.
Delivering intuitive and innovative interfaces for complex systems
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Analysing and determine actions resulting from vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments.
Working with Integration, Developer and Quality Assurance team members to ensure user needs are complete, understood, and properly implemented
Requirements:
Hands on experience in developing and managing cloud-based applications and distributed systems
10+ years of experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions
Experience in one or more of the following areas: database architecture, ETL, business intelligence, big data, machine learning, advanced analytics
Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of business analysts, developers, data scientists, and subject-matter experts
Any form of Project Management certification will be desirable.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Supported internal business requirements and external customers
