Looking for a working professional with more than 2 years of experience in BFSI domain for regulatory engagement, SEBI regulatory guidelines, implementation of regulations and policies, internal audits and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the communication and engagement with regulators for the changes in regulation, data requests and inspection.
Monitoring and disseminating the changes to regulatory landscape applicable to ratings business and also evaluate the implications.
Monitoring the compliances with applicable policies and regulations and carrying out periodical testing on compliance parameters.
Facilitating Audits/Inspections/Investigations and also preparing the data/ response for regulatory disclosures.
Preparing the MIS, reports for the management asper stipulated framework
Requirements:
MBA/LLB
2-6 years of working experience of managing regulatory compliance in BFSI domain.
Excellent in MS Office, Excel and PPT
Understanding of Indian Financial Service sector.
Knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
