Tableau Developer - 4-10 Years - Gurugram/Bangalore (Hybrid)

An exciting opportunity for a skilled Tableau Developer with 4+ years of experience in analytics, data visualization, and dashboard design. In this role, you will partner with a major Insurance client to build impactful dashboards, enhance reporting solutions, and integrate Figma-based designs into Tableau.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and enhance Tableau dashboards, ensuring alignment with Figma design systems.

  • Source, manipulate, and prepare data from multiple sources for visualization solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytic, technical, and data requirements.

  • Engage in problem-solving across multiple technologies, developing creative solutions.

  • Translate functional specifications into technical requirements for dashboard development.

  • Publish, schedule, and optimize Tableau reports to visualize business trends and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with clients on SQL code management and evolving data models.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of strong experience in Tableau dashboard development; Figma integration experience preferred.

  • Solid experience with SQL, ETL processes, and relational database concepts.

  • Hands-on experience in data analysis, data sourcing, and transformation.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with client-facing experience.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Exposure to Power BI is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
