Test Manager with SAS credit risk  – 6+ Years – PAN India (Remote)

Summary –

A great opportunity for a Test Manager with strong expertise in SAS, credit risk, and decision engine strategy testing. You will lead UAT cycles, validate credit strategies, perform unit testing, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure seamless implementation of complex decisioning frameworks across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities –

• Lead planning, execution, and management of UAT for credit risk strategies and scorecard deployments.
• Drive Decision Integration Testing to confirm end-to-end logic, data inputs/outputs, and decision results.
• Perform unit testing of strategy rules, scorecards, and credit policies.
• Use SAS to extract, manipulate, validate, and compare test data with expected outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain detailed test plans, test scripts, execution logs, and results documentation.
• Build and maintain Excel-based validation templates to support business and risk stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue tracking, defect resolution, and retesting.
• Support go-live readiness, ensure UAT sign-offs, and maintain audit-compliant documentation.

Requirements –

• 6+ years of relevant experience in testing/validation roles.
• Strong SAS programming skills for data validation and analysis.
• Prior experience testing credit risk strategies, decision engines, or rule-based frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in UAT planning, coordination, and use of tools like JIRA/ALM.
• Strong MS Excel proficiency for validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Understanding of credit risk concepts, scorecards, strategies, cut-offs, overrides, and risk policies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with business, risk, and technical stakeholders effectively.
