You’ll be responsible for: -
Directing and building (staff, train and maintain employee skill levels) ITIL based Processes that troubleshoots, resolves and monitors customers network and security services.
Visualizing and articulating problems and solutions, solve complex problems and concepts, and make disciplined decisions based on available information.
Ensuring that all support provisioning aligns with the IT strategic vision and user requirements.
Creating Service Level Dashboards for internal and external evaluation of Services on Weekly / Monthly and Quarterly reports
Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, technical infrastructures and networking preferred.
3-5 years of experience being a technical support manager with US/UK captive/clients
Excellent analytical skills
Time management, attention to detail, expectation setting and organizational skills to provide service management. Ability to work on own initiatives with minimal management supervision.
Ability to make quick and accurate decision based on information available
A team player with good verbal and written communications skills
Knowledge of Application Security and applicable audit procedure.
Ability to understand technical concepts and architecture.
Mentoring and guiding the team to reach operational goals.
Experience of working in the Insurance services industry with a fair understanding of technology
Ability to analyze operational gaps.
Needs to have pulse of market trends.
