Assisting in the management of marketing automation project intake: including multiple division’s journey/nurture programs, triggered/drip email programs, targeted emails/invitations, lead generation programs, as well as our customer acquisition and retention.
Advising and guiding divisional marketing requestors of best practices with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing and projected results, especially as it pertains to submitting their project
Serve as Subject Matter expert on marketing automation best practices including database management, targeting/segmenting, email deliverability, campaign automation/flow and data integrity
Building and maintaining marketing automation request forms and ensure smooth hand-off between divisional project requester and marketing automation team
Troubleshooting any issues pertaining to marketing automation request, communicating with both the requester and marketing automation team to identify resolution and path forward to project completion
Serve as quality assurance to ensure brand compliance across email and landing page assets as well as campaign/journey management
Following marketing automation processes including workflow documentation and QA testing to improve efficiency and reduce risk of human error
3+ years of project management experience with a minimum of 1-year experience managing marketing projects
Should be familiar with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, however familiarity with other solutions such as Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot or Salesforce Pardot is acceptable
Experienced in using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce)
Excellent project management and communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of experience and education
